Overview

Early childhood is a magical time! Learning begins at birth and a well-rounded early childhood education can nurture caring, capable, and responsible future citizens.

St. Louis Park’s Early Learning Program offers two options for children ages birth to five: ECFE (Early Childhood Family Education) and Preschool. With a focus on the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children, we offer flexible options for busy families. Developing strong family and teacher partnerships is at the center of our practice. We know that these successful relationships can echo positively throughout a child’s life. Join us as your child embarks on this exciting journey toward a lifelong love of learning! To learn more, contact Heidi Degen at 952-928-6785.

The Central Early Learning Center is located at 6300 Walker Street, St. Louis Park, 55416. The main entrance is at Door 3.

Minnesota Department of Health Immunization Form

The Minnesota School Immunization Law requires that all students enrolled in PreK-Grade 12 show they have received certain immunizations or an exemption. Schools are required to report immunization dada to MDH each year through the Annual Immunization Status Report.

Are your kids ready? Use this chart as a guide to determine which vaccines are required to enroll in child care, early childhood programs, and school (online, home school, public, or private). Find the child’s age/grade level and look to see if your child had the number of shots shown by the checkmarks under each vaccine. The table on the back shows the ages when doses are due.

Click here for an immunization form that can be filled out by you or your child’s doctor. We will also accept the doctor’s version of this form. It can be faxed to us at 952-928-6728.

This form is due on or before your child’s first day of school. Students whose immunization forms have not been turned in may stay in class until the teacher has this form.
